Once your order has been placed, it will be quickly forwarded to our shipping team for processing. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

We ship orders from our warehouses located in the United States, Australia, and Hong Kong. If a product is unavailable in our US or Australian warehouses, your order will be fulfilled from our Hong Kong facility. Please allow an additional 2–4 business days in such cases.

Missing Items
If any items are missing from your delivery, please reach out to us at eartheasy2@gmail.com. In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If an error occurred during fulfillment, we will immediately send the correct items via express international shipping at no additional cost to you.
