Earth Easy Shipping Policy
Once you place your order, it’s quickly sent to our shipping team for processing. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
We work with trusted carriers including Yunexpress, USPS, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and local couriers to get your order to you safely.
Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed within 3–4 business days.
Shipping Time:
Depending on your location and warehouse availability, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days. We ship from warehouses in the US, Australia, and Hong Kong. If your item is out of stock in the US or Australian warehouse, it will ship from Hong Kong—please allow an extra 2–4 days in this case.
Tracking Your Order:
After your order ships, check your email for a tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear. If you don’t receive it within 2 days of the shipping confirmation, email us at eartheasy2@gmail.com with your name and order number—we’ll help you track it down.
Missing Items:
If any items are missing from your delivery, please contact us at eartheasy2@gmail.com. Sometimes orders are split into multiple shipments. If we made an error, we’ll promptly send the missing items via express shipping at no extra cost.
