Easy Returns
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Want to swap your item for something else? No problem! Just let us know when you contact us, and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at eartheasy2@gmail.com right away. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost — using express international shipping to make things right quickly.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product, missing item), we’ll cover all shipping costs.

If you’re returning for other reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fee.
